General Shipping info: In stock items are shipped from our door within 2-5 business days. This does not include transit time. Out of stock items will take longer, depending on size of order. We are a small company that manufactures its own parts and does not order from distributors. We only order materials to make the items from an outside source. We will advise as to time period needed for production within 24 hours. Customers may cancel backordered product if not already in transit. Please call or email us for status, otherwise we will keep informed of anticipated delivery dates.

Mode of Shipping: Most of our product can be shipped using Priority United States Postal Flat rates and include handling charges. IF TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT IS $150.00 OR OVER, SHIPPING IS FREE (DOES NOT APPLY TO OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS SHIPPING). Call or email prior to ordering if need Rush order. Refer to shipping rates upon checkout. This method will be used for the 48 contiguous United States. Allow 1-3 business days in transit if using this method. Please note: You must have a street address to be able to receive products, no APO or PO Box.

If shipping to other than the 48 contiguous states, Canada, or international, other shipping methods may be used that accomodate these areas. Allow a possible longer transit time to receive orders. Also customers can use expedited and express methods such as overnight United Postal Service at additional cost. Please call 301-645-5099 for other rates before you place your order.

Refunds: Some items are not returnable if they have been installed on your motorcycle. These include items that are chrome plated, polished, or powder coated. These items are easily scratched and will not be sellable once installed. Therefore, make sure you want the part before you install it on our motorcycle. All electrical parts are tested before shipped and are not returnable for any reason. No exceptions!

All returns must be assigned a return authorization number. You must call 301-645-5099 within 3 days of receipt of the order and explain the reason for the return. You then have 15 days from the invoice date(ship date) until the date it is received back to us to be eligible for a refund. No refund on returns after 15 days for any reason.

The shipping cost back to us is the cost of the customer. All items returned must arrive in perfect and sellable condition for refund or exchange, otherwise it will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

In cases where the customer orders the wrong item, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the part back and to pay shipping for the correct part.

Cancellations: You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. Please call to cancel at 301-645-5099. Do not leave a voice message or email as this is not the most dependable method. You want to hear it from "the horses" mouth that your order is indeed cancelled.

Additional Info: Road Horse reserves the right to cancel prices at any time and we are under no legal obligation to honor prices that are in error or out of date. Material suppliers may raise their prices without prior notification and therefore it may require us to pass the increase on to our customers. We will give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price before processing the order.
